ANNOUNCEMENTS – 6TH SEPTEMBER, 2026 23RD  SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

1. All small Christian communities will have a common jumuiya meeting today after the 3^rd Mass -1.30pm in the Parish Main Hall. All jumuiya members and those Christians willing to join small Christian communities are encouraged to attend.
2. All CMA who are in formation class will have their final class today after the 2^nd Mass in the Parish hall room 3.
3. Lay Carmelite Associates and self-help group will have their meetings today in their respective places.
4. PMC and MYM will have Mass today at 00 and at 11.30am in the Parish main Hall.
5. YSC will have Mass today in the Spiritan Chapel starting at 11:30am . They will have another Mass coming Sunday, 13^th September in the Parish main Hall.
6. Weekly Masses this week are as follows:-
   • Ann – Thursday 10^th Sept – Susan & Peter – 6: 00 PM
   • Monicah – Saturday 12^th Sept – Grace Kamau – 4:00 PM
   • Cecilia – Saturday 12^th Sept- Elizabeth Ogula- 2:00 PM
   • Francis- Saturday 12^th Sept – Jeminah Mutunga- 4: 00 PM
7. Spiritan Prayer group is a devotional group that usually meet every Tuesday in the Parish Main Hall at 3:00 pm . They are humbly inviting Parishioners who may be willing to join their group to attend their prayer meetings every week.
8. All CMA members and all parish men will have a day of recollection on 19^th September at Mazzanti House, Little Sister of St. Theresa near Hemingways Hotel starting at 9.00am and thereafter rehearsals for those being commissioned at St. John. All men are encouraged to register at the table outside the church.
9. We have weekly Adoration of our Lord Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist on Tuesdays 6:00 am- 6:45 am and on Thursdays at 5:00 pm -5:45 pm. All are encouraged to attend.
10. The Archdiocese of Nairobi Beatification office is urgently requesting all Catholics to pray for the beatification of the servant of God Maurice Michael Cardinal Otunga. We are kindly requested to report any graces granted through his intercession to the ADN Beatification office.
11. Holy Ghost Fathers (Spiritans) are cordially inviting all Parishioners to the Diaconate Ordination of their 13 Brothers on Friday, 18^th September 2026 here at the Parish. The celebration will start at 10:00 am and the Main Celebrant will be Rev. George Muthaka Bishop of Garissa Diocese.
12. Comboni Fathers will visit our Parish coming Sunday to promote their Magazine entitled “New People” at 200 and other Sacramentals. Let us prepare to support them.

MATANGAZO – AGOSTI 30, 2026 JUMAPILI YA ISHIRINI NA MBILI – MWAKA A

1. Jumuiya zote zitakuwa na mkutano wa pamoja leo baada ya Misa ya tatu, 1.30pm kwenye ukumbi mkuu wa Parokia.  Wanajumuiya wote na wakristu ambao wangependa kujiunga na jumuiya wanahimizwa kushiriki.
2. Wanachama wa CMA ambao wanaendelea na mafundisho, watamaliza masomo yao leo baada ya Misa ya pili kwenye ukumbi wa parokia Chumba namba tatu.
3. Kikundi cha maombi cha walei wa Carmelite na kile cha Self-help watakuwa na mikutano yao leo baada ya Misa ya pili.
4. Watoto wa PMC na MYM watakuwa na Misa leo saa tatu na saa tano unusu kwenye ukumbi mkuu wa parokia.
5. Vijana wa YSC watakuwa na Misa leo kwenye Spiritan Chapel kuanzia saa tano unusu. Pia wakuwa na Misa nyingine Jumapili ijayo ya tarehe kumi na tatu kwenye ukumbi mkuu wa parokia.
6. Misa za katikati ya wiki ni kama zifuatavyo:-

7. Kikundi cha Maombi cha Spiritan ambao hukutana kila Jumanne kwenye ukumbi wa Parokia saa tisa kamili. Wanawaalika Wakristo wote ili wajiunge na kikundi chao.
8. Kikundi cha CMA wanawaalika wanaume wote wa parokia kwenye siku ya tafakari itakayofanyika Jumamosi ya tarehe kumi na tisa Septemba huko Mazzanti House, Little Sister of St. Theresa karibu na hoteli ya Hemingways kuanzia saa tatu asubuhi na baadaye zoezi hapa kanisani kwa wenye wataapishwa. Wanaume wote wanahimizwa kujisajili kwa meza hapo nje ya kanisa.
9. Kila wiki huwa tunaabudu Yesu katika Sakramenti ya Ekaristia Takatifu siku ya Jumanne kuanzia 6:00 am – 6:45 am na pia siku ya Alhamisi kuanzia 5:00 pm –

5:45 pm. Wakristo wote wanakaribishwa 

• Ofisi ya Jimbo Kuu la Nairobi inayoshughulikia mchakato wa kutangazwa mwenye heri inawaomba kwa dharura Wakatoliki wote kusali kwa ajili ya kutangazwa mwenye heri kwa Mtumishi wa Mungu, Kadinali Maurice Michael Otunga. Tunaombwa kwa heshima kutoa taarifa kwa ofisi hiyo kuhusu neema yoyote iliyopatikana kupitia maombezi yake.
• Shirika la Roho Mtakatifu (Spiritans) wanawaalika Wakristo wote kwa moyo mkunjufu kwenye sherehe ya kuwekwa wakfu kuwa shemasi kwa ndugu zao kumi na watatu itakayofanyika Ijumaa ya tarehe 18 mwezi huu hapa Parokiani. Sherehe hii itaongozwa na Askofu George Muthaka kutoka Jimbo la Garissa saa nne Asubuhi.
• Shirika la Mapadre wa Comboni watatembelea Parokia yetu Jumapili ijayo ili kuuza nakala la gazette lao liitwalo “ New People” kwa shilling mia mbili (Ksh 200). Pia watakuwa na Sakramentali za kuuza.
• Tunawashukuru waliohudumu Misa ya leo. Mungu awabariki sana. Watakaohudumu Misa Jumapili ijayo ni wafuatao:-
